Just click the "Forgot Password" link above the Password field on the Sign In page. We'll then email you with password reset instructions. Make sure to check your spam and promotions folders for the reset email.
If you're not getting the reset password email, check to see if you originally signed up through Facebook or Google+. It's possible that the email is going to an email connected with Facebook or Google+ that you don't generally use.
If you are experiencing issues with your password, try typing in your login and password, instead of letting the browser autofill it.
If that doesn't work, it might be a browser issue. Chrome and Safari work best with our current site. We recommend you try one of these browsers to access your account.
