Can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your Winc Membership account by live chatting us. There is no cancellation fee.

  • Live Chat via the Support button on our siteOur hours are Mon-Fri 6am-5pm PT or Sat-Sun 7am-4pm PT. (Please note that our phone support line is temporarily unavailable due to the pandemic.)
  • When you're logged in on our website, select the support button to chat in the bottom left-hand corner. Then select "Live chat" for assistance.

You can Skip a Month as often as you like, at no charge. Just be sure to do so 48 hours before your monthly processing date. Setting a calendar reminder a few days before is a great way to keep track of your membership.

We realize being home to sign for packages can be a pain, which is why we recommend some alternative options so someone is always available to sign:

  • Your place of work
  • A nearby FedEx location
  • Apartment leasing office
  • Have a friend or neighbor sign

You can also sign up for delivery notifications via SMS to keep better track of your packages.
