You may cancel your Winc Membership account by Contacting Us. There is no cancellation fee. Other options for contacting us:

- When you're logged in on our website, select the support button to chat in the bottom left-hand corner. Then select "Live chat" for assistance.
You can Skip a Month as often as you like, at no charge. Just be sure to do so 48 hours before your monthly processing date. Setting a calendar reminder a few days before is a great way to keep track of your membership.
