You can skip your upcoming monthly order order by choosing to Skip a Month under the My Membership section of your account. The order date you’ll be skipping will be noted above the Skip a Month button. Remember to skip at least 48 hours before your monthly order date to ensure that it hasn't already been prepped and packed. Removing bottles from your box does not cancel your upcoming order.
Once an order has already reached "Committed" under Order History, unfortunately it can no longer be edited or canceled as it has already begun making its way to you. If your order has already reached this stage and you no longer wish to receive the shipment, the following options may be helpful:
1. Feel free to skip the next month (or as often as needed - skipping comes with no fee or limit) that way you can have extra time to try those wines and feel catch up. If you’re unhappy with the wines you’ve received for any reason, please contact us so we can best help you out.
2. If returning the order is preferred, we'd be happy to find the best solution for you. Please note orders returned to Winc may be subject to a restocking fee up to the total value of the order.
