How can I track my membership order once it ships?

Every month when your order ships, we will send you an email with its tracking number. You can also view the tracking number for all orders from the Order History page in your account. Each order will have a "Track Order" button that will lead you to your tracking number.

On the go? You can also opt into SMS delivery notifications to track your order. Just go to your Account Settings page and click the checkbox next to "SMS Shipping Notifications."

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to begin sharing updates. Shared updates from your tracking number will conveniently include the estimated delivery date/next delivery attempt date, its last location, any Delivery Exceptions, etc.

It's also important to know that the location listed next to any Delivery Exceptions may differ from your order's destination city. This is because the location shown next to any Delivery Exception is the location of the shipping facility your order was last seen at. If those two locations differ, no need to worry as your wine is heading to the address attached to your order details!
